What to keep in the climate room
Temperature and humidity stay the same all year, including the rainy season.
Electronics
Laptops, monitors, a PC tower, photo and audio gear. Monitors and a PC tower fit into Indoor M.
Documents and books
Archives, books, photo albums. The paper stays in dry air for the whole term.
Wood
Wooden furniture, guitars and other instruments. Wood changes shape when humidity swings, and here it stays level all year.
Clothes and leather
Clothes, shoes, bedding, leather bags. Indoor S of 1 m³ holds 2–3 suitcases.
A motorbike, boards and the furniture of a flat are easier in an outdoor unit: it is larger and you drive up to its door.

Questions about climate control
Units are locked, indoor stays at 24–26 °C and below 60% humidity all year round, and access works in any weather. Electronics, documents and wood are better kept indoor.
Indoor has climate control: 24–26 °C and humidity below 60% all year round, sizes from 1 to 10 m³. An outdoor unit is larger (8–32 m³) and you can drive up to its door. Keep electronics, documents, books and wood indoor.
Fuel and flammable liquids such as solvents, explosive and toxic substances, weapons, drugs, perishable food, animals, cash and jewellery. And anything Thai law forbids. Documents, cosmetics, alcohol, tyres, building materials and plants are fine. The full list is in the rental contract.
Round the clock, weekends included. A personal code opens the gate. You lock the unit with your own padlock.
The site is closed and the gate opens only with a personal code. Cameras cover the whole perimeter, the indoor building and every entrance: recording runs around the clock and is kept for 30 days. At night the lighting switches on with motion sensors. Every unit is under the tenant's own lock.
One month minimum, then you extend month by month. Paying ahead for 3, 6 or 12 months gets a discount.
