Within 7 business days after the move-out inspection, to the account named in your contract. The deposit is never spent on rent: we may only withhold the cost of damage or cleaning.

Yes: 3 months — 5 %, 6 months — 10 %, 12 months — 15 %. The discount is counted from the unit price and is visible before payment.

Round the clock, weekends included. A personal code opens the gate. You lock the unit with your own padlock.

With your own padlock. Bring any, or buy a combination padlock on site — from the vending machine on the grounds or in the office. Only you have the key or the code to it; we do not. The gate opens with a separate personal code, issued after you pay and sign the contract.

Write on WhatsApp. We check an ID to make sure the unit is yours and cut the lock in your presence. Bring a new lock or buy one on site.

Yes. The gate code and the padlock key are yours, and you decide whom to trust with them: anyone with your codes has access, on your responsibility. Nothing needs to be arranged separately.

The site is closed and the gate opens only with a personal code. Cameras cover the whole perimeter, the indoor building and every entrance: recording runs around the clock and is kept for 30 days. At night the lighting switches on with motion sensors. Every unit is under the tenant's own lock.

Fuel and flammable liquids such as solvents, explosive and toxic substances, weapons, drugs, perishable food, animals, cash and jewellery. And anything Thai law forbids. Documents, cosmetics, alcohol, tyres, building materials and plants are fine. The full list is in the rental contract.

Yes, in Outdoor L at 11 000 THB/mo: it takes a motorbike, a scooter or a quad bike together with your things — and packed carefully, a scooter fits in Outdoor M too. Two conditions: the fuel tank drained and the battery disconnected — we ask for a photo to confirm. A bicycle or a kick scooter already fits in Outdoor S. Drive-up access goes to the door itself, so you roll it in.

Yes — empty or with a small residual pressure. Fully charged tanks we do not accept. The owner remains responsible for the tank's condition. Wetsuits, boards, fins and regulators we store without limits.

One month minimum, then you extend month by month. Paying ahead for 3, 6 or 12 months gets a discount.

Yes, but the minimum rental term is one month: we do not rent units by the day or week. Indoor S at 1 m³ holds 2–3 suitcases, 1 400 THB/mo, plus a deposit of one month's rent.

Yes — both at move-in, if the booked size does not fit, and mid-term. It takes a free unit of the right size; the rent is recalculated at the new unit's price.

You can, with at least one month's notice. The months you used are recalculated at the full price without the term discount, and the rest of the prepayment comes back.

Units are locked, indoor stays at 24–26 °C and below 60% humidity all year round, and access works in any weather. Electronics, documents and wood are better kept indoor.

Indoor has climate control: 24–26 °C and humidity below 60% all year round, sizes from 1 to 10 m³. An outdoor unit is larger (8–32 m³) and you can drive up to its door. Keep electronics, documents, books and wood indoor.

Yes: drive-up access to the door, round-the-clock access, rental from one month. Outdoor L at 32 m³ holds the stock of a small shop.
