Indoor · climate control
- Enclosed room, air conditioning runs around the clock
- 24–26 °C and humidity below 60% all year round
Outdoor · drive-up unit
- Sealed doors with rubber gaskets, floor raised 65 cm off the ground — water stays outside
- Humidity as outside: vents let air through, not water
Electronics, documents and clothes go indoor. A motorbike, boards and the furniture of a flat go outdoor: it is larger and you drive up to its door.

Common questions
Outdoor units start at 3 400 THB/mo, indoor units with climate control at 1 400 THB/mo. The deposit equals one month of rental and comes back when you move out. Paying ahead gets a discount: 3 months — 5 %, 6 months — 10 %, 12 months — 15 %.
Round the clock, weekends included. A personal code opens the gate. You lock the unit with your own padlock.
Fuel and flammable liquids such as solvents, explosive and toxic substances, weapons, drugs, perishable food, animals, cash and jewellery. And anything Thai law forbids. Documents, cosmetics, alcohol, tyres, building materials and plants are fine. The full list is in the rental contract.

Units are locked, indoor stays at 24–26 °C and below 60% humidity all year round, and access works in any weather. Electronics, documents and wood are better kept indoor.
